What is my BMI?

One way of working out if you are a healthy weight is to calculate your BMI. To use the BMI calculator, enter your height in meters and your weight in kilograms and your BMI will be calculated for you. BMI measure is used as a tool to help identify people who may need extra support and weight management.

BMI values are based on an average and their catergories aren't always suitable for everyone. Individual circumstances do apply to the value as BMI does not calulate muscle mass or athleticism of an individual and can therefore be misleading. Please check with your trainer if you are unsure of your BMI value and what it means for you.
